His journey includes key HR leadership positions as Deputy Director HRMD at the Department of Education, ER Manager at Barloworld Equipment, and HR Director at Barloworld Equipment. Over 22 years in the industry, Ruben has built deep expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and leadership development.
